• Section I.C.15.n Normal Delivery, Code O80 (page 68), covers O80-O82

  Assign O80 as principal diagnosis only for a full-term delivery of one healthy infant with no current complications, though a resolved antepartum complication is allowed. Z37.0 is the only outcome code used with O80.
