MS-DRG (Medicare Severity DRGs)
Sourced from the FY2027 MS-DRG Definitions Manual published by CMS. Includes all DRG codes, Major Diagnostic Category (MDC) groupings, and their linked ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS code sets.
ICD-9/ICD-10 Crosswalk (GEM)
Sourced from the CMS General Equivalence Mappings (GEMs) files, which provide bidirectional approximate mappings between ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM/PCS codes.

Update schedule
ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes are updated annually by CMS with a fiscal year (FY) effective date. The current dataset is FY2027, effective October 1, 2026. This site is updated following each official CMS data release.
