Coverage is the complete U.S. code set: about 73,000 ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes, about 78,000 ICD-10-PCS procedure codes, 760+ MS-DRG groups, and the CMS General Equivalence Mappings between ICD-9 and ICD-10. All data reflects the FY2027 edition, effective October 1, 2026. Data source is the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Content is for informational and reference use, not medical advice.

Code detail URLs follow a stable pattern. An ICD-10-CM code lives at `/icd-10-cm/codes/{CODE}` (for example `/icd-10-cm/codes/E11.9`). Use the code with its decimal point. A malformed code returns 404.
